Project Challenge
Independent consultation rooms at this corporate law firm demand strict speech confidentiality and quiet acoustic comfort. Thin partition walls and hard interior finishes cause significant sound leakage and indoor echo. Attorney-client case discussions can easily transmit to adjacent rooms, creating information security risks. Harsh reverberation also strains communication and undermines the firm’s professional, premium brand image.
Solution
Full-wall flame-retardant fabric-wrapped acoustic panels were installed in all consultation rooms. With an NRC rating of 0.85–0.95, the high-density core delivers full-frequency sound absorption, eliminating indoor flutter echo and drastically reducing inter-room sound transmission. Matte deep-tone fabric was selected to match the firm’s calm, rigorous corporate style. All materials meet commercial fire safety and low-VOC standards, suitable for enclosed long-term office use.
Results
Each consultation room now achieves independent acoustic isolation with no audible sound leakage between rooms. Case discussion confidentiality is fully guaranteed, and the soft, stable sound field creates a more composed atmosphere for client meetings. The refined fabric finish elevates the firm’s premium professional image while meeting strict functional acoustic requirements.
